  • All our products comes with free Support for 90 days after your purchase. With these Support & Mobile Apps Subscriptions Plans, you can extend your support coverage for plugins, themes and mobile apps from us.
  • Easy cancellation of subscription any time. If you wish to renew again, then 1 time setup fee will be charged again to create latest build for your respective apps again as per your plan.
  • Support for custom modifications, customized products from other developers and other 3rd party plugin integration are not included.
  • Customized products from us (SocialEngineSolutions) will be supported.
  • Each license is valid for use on one domain, subdomain or folder i.e. if you subscribe to 1-Site Basic / Intermediate / Advanced / Ultimate plan, then you can use support or app build only on one copy of SocialEngine.
  • By subscribing to any of our membership plan, you are accepting the recurring payment to us.
  • NO REFUND is provided on 1 time Sign-up fee and the monthly payments.
  • We start on app submission on Apple / Play store only after subscribing to our Advanced or Ultimate plan. Please remember NO REFUND is available (if you want refund) after the app rejected by Apple / Android Play store because we are here to re-submit your app for approval in the respective store.
  • With these plans, support will be provided by our ticketing system from the Tickets section.
  • One to one support via phone, emails, skype, whatsapp or any other means of communication is not included in any of these plans. If you wish to hire our developer to discuss your issues, doubts or queries, then please contact our support team first. We do have separate services for one to one discussions.
  • Support for below issues will be INCLUDED
    • Plugin or Theme installation on 1 website only.
    • Issues in unmodified copies of our products and SE products as per the plan opted.
    • If you need support on other issues on your website, then our team can decide to provide a resolution for the same based on the team availability, severity of the issue and other factors.
  • Support for below issues will NOT be included.
    • Plugin or Theme installation on more than 1 website including the development site.
    • Issue which come due to customizations by other 3rd party developers or conflict because of other 3rd party plugins which are not following SE standards in their codes.
    • Installation and upgrade of any other 3rd party developers.
    • Any development to provide integration, new features, design changes and enhancement in our products is not included. You can contact our support team for any custom work.
    • Server assistance or any other support which is out of reach of our support staff.
  • Custom Service included per month will not be carry forwarded in any case. To avail this service, you will have to first contact our support team for the task to know the exact estimates.
